Ways of Dealing with Problems

I am experiencing problems today and I find it hard for me to escape easily with these problems. Sometimes, I even ask God to take away this problem by ending my life on this earth. I do not even have the chance to share it with my family since I don't want to give them burden. But still, I am optimistic that I will be able to resolve these problems of mine.

I want to share with you my ways of dealing with my personal problems.

1. I pray to God.

This is the first thing I did every morning and even before I go to sleep. No matter how hard it is for me to deal with these problems, I always see to it that I will seek help from the person above.

2.  I divert my attention to something productive.

This is my way of leaving my problems behind. But this is just temporary. This will help me condition my mind in order for it to be prepared when I already focus with my problems and ready to resolve it.

3. Taking my time.

Usually, I spent three to four days for me to analyze the problems I have and think of some better ways to resolve this problem of mine. I usually make some alternatives so that if the plan A wasn't good enough to resolve my problems, I still have some other alternatives that might be a solution for my problems.

4. Sleeping during my free time.

If I am awake and I couldn't find something to keep myself busy, I rather sleep since I might only think of my problems. This somehow energize my mind and body for me to prepared myself from knowing the real cause of the problems that I have and find better solutions.

After several months for the preparation of their third battle in the ring, Pacquiao and Marquez has finally face off  on the ring. And after 12 rounds, Pacquiao was declared the winner by majority decision. Both fighters have given their best when they set their foot on the ring but in the end, Pacquiao was able to defend his title. 

But if you are going to visit some social networks, there are some people who are not in favor of the decisions that has been made the judges but there are some who agreed. In my opinion, although Marquez perform well in the ring, I think that his performance is not enough for him to reign as the champion since he has not proven something since he was not able to knock out Pacquioa although he did his best by throwing counter-punches. So, I think the decision made by the judges have been justified.

Where Does My Life is Heading?

Have you ever ask this question with yourself? On my part, I have already ask this question several times. There are times where in I felt my life has no direction. I wasn't able to follow my dreams. Since I was a kid, I want to achieve a lot of things. But to my frustration, I wasn't able to attain any of these dreams.

Sometimes I wonder, what makes me not to reach for these dreams? Finances? Discipline? Or other outside forces that have directed my attention from my target? Honestly, I really don't know. I want to be a professional photographer, a fashion designer, a geologist, an astronaut, or anything that has a wide or broad range.

But nothing among these dreams have I achieved.  Maybe, I wasn't able to tract the direction where I am heading. But now, I reach to God and ask for His guidance. I might start from scratch but I don't care as long as I know that I am heading to something bigger and satisfying. I am now staring building a new "ME". And I do hope that in God's time I will be able to achieve what I really want.

Vacation Ended!

After almost three weeks vacation, life has been back from its normal course. It is time for me to end my vacation and start going to school. I'll be missing the times when I was in a vacation. Tomorrow would be the start of the second semester for this school year. Another period in my life where in I need to spend most of my time in school. Hopefully, my vacation has prepared me to battle for this another semester in school.

My Friends' Treat!

I was surprised when my friends visited me today in our home. They brought these food to our home. I ask them if what is the occasion why they brought such food and I felt overwhelmed when they told me the reason. I almost cried. They told that the reason why they brought these food is that they are very much thankful to me for helping them with our school works and we recently got our report cards and we all passed our subjects. I never thought that they really value very much the simple things that I did to them. :)

Baguio This Christmas?!

I hope I can be able to visit Baguio this Christmas. My brother had just mention a month ago that he wants to spend Christmas in Baguio with our family. If this is the case and if it will be possible with our hectic schedule, then we might spend a week there. But if it will have a conflict with my brother's schedule, I might end up visiting Baguio with my friends. I can't wait for this Christmas to come! :)

The Best Wedding Gift Ever!

Recently, I was able to talk and hang out with a friend of mine in high school. We were to catch up with each other lives. And I was really shocked to know that she was already married for two years now and she is currently pregnant as of the moment. So I ask her what is the feeling when she got married and what is the difference between a single to a married life. She said that she is very much happy being married to her husband and is looking forward to having their baby. According to her, one of the changes that happen to her life is that she can longer make her own decisions in her life. She always seek for her husband's opinion with regards to making decisions.

She also shared that on the night of their wedding, they decided to unwrap all of the wedding gifts that they have receive and one of the gifts that really made them laugh out loud is the dildo and the vibrator that they have received from their closest friend. And I really can't help but smile. And she even shared that they have used it as a foreplay on their wedding night. The Most Awaited Sembreak

Five months after the start of school year, the first semester is about to end. And I am definitely one of those students who are looking forward for this semestral break to come.

How will I spend my sembreak? Well, here are the things that what want to do for the whole duration of my sembreak.

1. Sleep - I barely sleep 8 to 10 hours a day since the start of school year, and this sembreak, I want to sleep a longer period

2. Watch DVDs - One of my hobbies is watching movies and I missed watching most of those movies that have been shown in theaters

3. Spend Time with Family - I want to visit my  relatives in the province and at the same time visit my hometown; I love the province better than the city

4. Read Books - This is another hobby of mine. Love to read novels, paperbacks, and pocketbooks.

5. Blog - Since I have enough time now, I think I can now update my blog every other day if not everyday. :)

The Passion for Singing

In our family, the passion for singing runs in the blood. From elders to young ones, they have great voices. But I am an exemption. aha :) I do love music but music doesn't love me. I love to observe my relatives when it comes to this passion of theirs. Getting Pregnant

Being a parent is not that easy. From the first day you carry him in your womb until he will settle down and raise his own family, he will surely needed your presence. Most women were too excited at the thought that they are going to be a mother. When a woman is pregnant, there are a lot of do’s and don’ts. Moreover, after several months you will notice a lot improvement and changes in your body especially concerning your weight. A lot of sacrifices it is, but after nine months you will see the priceless fruit of your sacrifices and hardships. In addition, this is the start of bigger and bolder sacrifices as a mother. Newborn babies cry more often especially at night and usually they are awake when the sun falls and sleep more at daytime. It is so hard to wake up in the middle of the night to fix his milk or change his diaper. A baby wants to be carried because it gives him the warmth, pleasure, and security. When you carry them they will fall asleep and when you lay them down to bed they will surely cry their heart out. It is definitely very hard bringing up a child. You have to be more patient and understanding.

But it is the most fulfilling moment to carry your baby, feel his warmth, and hold him tightly close to you. And when he smiles at you, all the sleepless nights, tiredness, and wearies will all vanish with just one smile from him. It is the most rewarding feeling in the world.

Am I a Failure?

Am I a failure? This is  what I always ask myself. It seems that I haven't achieve anything better for my life. All of my dreams before were not achieve and there are circumstances that lead me to this kind of life. I dreamed of being a chemist, an accountant, an engineer, or a doctor but nothing has been realized.

I was wondering before why I end up being a management student. But this is what I realize, I seem to have chosen a decision where I would not take the risk. This course that I have chosen do not have any board exam not unlike those dreams of mine. I am afraid to take risk and afraid to experience failure.

And when I have watch the movie Take Me Home Tonight, I felt like I am somehow like the guy who is afraid to take the risk. But what stuck in my mind is the advice that has been said by the father of the guy. He said he was never a failure since he had never tried to take a risk and he is worse than a failure.

Maybe, the father is really right. It is more ideal to take risk and fail than not to take risk at all. I'll just have to make something better for this course that I have chosen. There is something better that is waiting for me.

I just watched Jessica Soho and one of the stories that they featured is our very own Philippine National Rugby Team. They are our representative in the Shanghai Rugby. And honestly, I am impressed with their performance when I found out that they had won over the Rugby Team of Korea who are the defending champion in the said competition.

But despite this success that our fellow men had achieved, there are still some people who are not that impress since they think most of the players of the said team and even with the Team Azkals of our Football team, have players who are majority have foreign blood. These people are somehow rooting for pure-blooded Filipinos.

Although I respect this view of other people with our Rugby and Football team, still I am not with them. I have my own opinion with regards to this kind of matter. On my personal view point, we Filipinos should face the fact that we are still not capable to producing our own team where in majority of the players have pure Filipino blood. We still need the help of our fellow men who have foreign blood and besides, they are more capable of competing in those competitions because they have already experience those games. It is an advantage on our part to have them since basically these sports that we engage now are foregin games that were recently introduce to us.

But I still do hope that in the future we can be able to have a team where in majority are pure Filipinos but this needs a lot of training and preparation for our future players. But we should also put in mind that Filipinos who have foreign blood also have the right to represent our country in these sports.

I also believe that without our concrete plans and actions to make these wishes come true, it would certainly be hard for us to attain want we want in life. These wishing wells are only symbols and guidance that we should not get tired of dreaming and wishing for something and never give up in achieving these wishes of yours.

Reflecting from the Movie

Although this might be a little bit late since it is still a week a ago when I watched this movie, still I want to share with you the things that I have reflected from the movie Rise of the Planet of the Apes.

In this movie, I have realize how important for us to realize that our pets and animals have their own life. We people do not have the right to dictate and control them. Animals are just like us who always would love to have the freedom that they long for. If we are in their place where in we locked them in their own cage and they could not experience the life outside and the life that they can have in their own environment, we will surely not going to like it. And even in the first scenes when Will Rodman raise Caesar (ape) in their own house, still that is not ideal because it has his own life and he definitely belongs to the forest. And even using these animals for experimentation is also morally wrong. As for my opinion, there can always be some alternative in trying those chemicals without harming any people, animals, plants, or anything that has a life.

This is why I am am an advocate of those organizations who are always after the welfare of the animals and they are working for the protection of the rights of these animals.
