John Bramblitt: The Blind Painter

In 2001, John Bramblitt has lost his eye sight because of the complications of his epilepsy. He became depress and even lose hope because of his situation. But in light of his situation, he found an outlet through painting. He may not see colors but he can feel them. According to him, colors have different texture and this is why he can create his own painting. His artworks has been sold in over twenty countries.

Respect for Gays and Homosexual

There have already been a lot of debates in our country about homosexuality. Years ago, there are a lot of people who are afraid of coming out of the open and express what they truly are and this is because of the fear that they might be judged about their sexual preference. But this years have gone and people in our country have already accepted people who are homosexual. They are no longer being condemn by other people just because of their sexual preference. The society have already embraced the existence of homosexual. 

This change might have happen when there are people who belong to the third sex who have excel in their own field. Yes, it is definitely true that there are a lot of gay in our country who are very much successful in their own field and this has lead for the people to have higher respect for these people. It is only necessary for us people to respect every person no matter what he's character preference may be. He or she does not become a lesser human being just because he or she prefer being in the third sex. We should be reminded of the fact that these homosexual people are also human who have feelings that is not immune to some judgement and criticisms. We should be sensitive of what they feel. The Best Performance of JuliElmo!

I am an avid fan of JuliElmo. A very talented tandem composed of Julie Anne San Jose and Elmo Magalona. They a multi-talented artist of GMA 7. They even have this oozing chemistry on screen. Although there are rumors that is somehow affecting this tandem, I still have the support for both of them.

I started being hooked with this love team when I accidentally click a video performance of them in Party Pilipinas. Since then, I started being a silent fan of them, reading some of the news about them, joining their groups in facebook, reading their thread in pex, and following them on twitter. There are even times where in I am still awake 3 o'clock in the morning reading their fan fictions. I can definitely admit that I have seen how this love team grow from only being a performer on Party Pilipinas into having their own shows.

But among the two, I am more supportive of Julie Anne. I bought those magazines where Julie Anne is the cover image or there is a feature about her in the said magazine. I even bought those products that she endorsed. I have been able to see her personally a month ago but I was not able to have a photo with her because I was heading to a birthday party of  a friend of mine then. I just pass by in the place to see her personally.

But despite the success of these two, I have seen how Elmo became distant from Julie Anne from every performance that they have. I don't know if this is real or is it just me. I do hope Elmo will going to work this out.

Taking a Hobby

Today, there are a lot of things that people engage with whenever they have time to unwind. Well, there are a lot of forms of entertainment that you can engage with when you have find time to relax and unwind. Since we are very much expose with a very busy lifestyle, we sometimes find ourselves so much exhausted with those daily and routinary activities that we do everyday. But it is very much overwhelming to know that there are a lot of forms of stress reliever in the society which can help you relieve the stress you are experiencing. There are some people who prefer engaging with those activities that would require them to go out but there are still some people who prefer to stay at home and enagge with those activities which they can do at home.

There are a lot of things that you can definitely do when you are at home. You can cook food for your family and have some fun time with them. Loving the Oldies and Elders

How do you love your elders? How do you show your sympathy to them?

Oldies and elders are the people that we need to love more. They must be taken good care by their love ones specially their family. We can provide them shelters to live-in, food to eat and clothing to wear, but are these the only things that we can show how much we care?

Be respectful. Respect is one of the most appropriate way to show to our elders that we love and care for them. Respect be gets respect.

Be polite. Filipino tradition of saying ‘po at opo’ by the Filipino young children to their oldies would mean being polite. They usually use the word ‘po’ and ‘opo’ when having a conversation with their oldies and even to elders as well.

Kissing oldies hands is the most respectful and polite thing we can do to show that we really care for our elders. This tradition is very often during night or when there is an occasion and then your oldies relatives will come at home. But it’s Filipino people’s nature to be respectful all the time that’s why even just in an ordinary day, when you see elders or oldies on your way, take their hands and kiss or put it into your foreheads to show your respect to them.
