The Modern Renovation of Prahran Hotel

The Prahran Hotel and pub was recently resigned and renovated by Australian-based architectural firm Techne. The designers replaced the old design  that was built in the 1970′s with a very unique and modern one by using large concrete pipes as both the pub’s seating and outer facade.

The building is a two-story and the tubes are stacked on top of each other and there are 17 pipes total to cover the two-story building. This allows enough natural light to enter the building.

The Stunning Library In Berlin

Philologische Bibliothek is a library located at the Freie Universitat in Berlin and was designed by architect Norman Foster. The interior design of the library is literally stunning and eye-catching. The entire interior of the library is mostly dominated by white color. 

The interior has an elliptical shape and it is adorned by grids of steel canopy with checkered panels which transparencies varies where natural light enter and illuminates the interior of the library.

Portable Bicycle That Can Easily Transport

Designed by Valentina Vecchia and Marilena Alberga, One Shot has a very unique bicycle concept. It is a very portable bicycle that you can fold and easily transport. Bicycle has increase its demand in the urban area since many people and tourist love to ride such mode of transportation for it gives people a great experience to have a hands-on experience in the area.

But some people also find it an inconvenience to bring a bicycle since they are not portable. This has triggered Vecchia and Alberga to create a bicycle that is functional yet portable. People can now easily bring this compact bicycle and could easily store it away. It is a very ideal bicycle because of its versatility.
